The plot was revealed in an FBI criminal complaint, which named six people as federal defendants, from Michigan, Delaware and Ohio. They are Adam Fox, Barry Croft, Garbin, Kaleb Franks, Daniel Harris and Brandon Caserta. Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced state terrorism charges against an additional seven individuals, all tied to Wolverine Watchmen. The complaint reads: In early 2020, the FBI became aware through social media that a group of individuals were discussing the violent overthrow of certain government and law enforcement components. Among those individuals identified were Croft and Fax. Through electronic communications, Croft and Fox agreed to unite others in their cause and take violent action against multiple state governments that they believe are violating the U.S. Constitution. The complaint goes on to detail where they met, what they discussed and how they communicated.
